A presiding officer in Saturday’s presidential and national assembly elections in Kano State has been caught on camera helping some voters cast their ballots.
Naija News reports the incident occurred in the Malamai Registration Area, Madobi Local Government Area of Kano State.
One of the party agents at the venue later expressed his displeasure with the arrangement but voting has continued after some minutes.
